This is a nice candle in that the container is pretty. However, I can’t detect any scent at all. The wick seems fine and the aesthetics are calming, but I was hoping for a scented candle.
Delicious smelling candle. I love the container. It looks so stylish. Makes a great gift idea. I highly recommend.
Have to say on this one that the scent is subtle, which is a good thing. Doesn't smell like any one particular fruit, but is certainly pleasant. With the wax being soy it is pretty soft and so easy to push down the sides even when not warmed from burning. Overall, pretty nice and the "vessel" is attractive enough to use again for potting a little plant or something else.
The candle holder is nice and I will probably re use it to put smaller free standing scented candles in after it has burned out. That said the candle itself left a lot to be desired. First the scent was very light, which is not what I desire from a scented candle. Second the wick 'bloomed' as it burned, unravelling and making relighting it a chore. If they used a better wick and added a bit more scent this would be a much better candle.
The candle I received is nice but it isn't as described. I ordered the twilight coast blue in fresh citrus.While I expect some variations in colour due to the process of pottery, the colour is much different in person. I would call it grey rather than blue. It isn't bad. It just isn't what I thought I was getting.There is hardly any scent. If you try really hard to smell it before it is light, I can just make it a faint scent. Not everyone in my family could. However, once you light it, you cannot smell it at all.Size wise, this is smaller than a similar 8.8 oz candle that I have.The brightness of the flame when lit is fine. It has a nice burn to it, but the candle was really overwhelming in all other aspects.
